Pogi Kimchi is, unlike Mat Kimchi, not cut. Meaning this is the real traditional Kimchi and the "proper" way to enjoy Kimchi. Of course everything is a preference but nevertheless the taste actually is a bit different between Kimchi that is cut and Kimchi that is not cut before it's left to ferment.
Kimchi is vegetables that are fermented for a long duration of time, often with a mixture containing a lot of flavours and spice.
A beautiful side dish to any meats, soups, noodles. But you can also use it in your cooking, mixing the Kimchi into your noodles or rice.
To ensure highest quality when shipped, this item will be packed inside a isolation pack along with an ice pack (ice gel). Because of the special conditions that needs to be fulfilled when shipping this item, we strongly recommend only shipping with home delivery.
For the best cool conditions, orders containing fresh food, will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the Monday after. Please store in the fridge as soon as the item is delivered and do not freeze.
