Mat Kimchi, or cabbage kimchi, is perhaps the first type of Kimchi you would think of when thinking of Korean Kimchi. The iconic dish from Korea has many benefits, both for your health and taste experience.
Kimchi is vegetables that are fermented for a long duration of time, often with a mixture containing a lot of flavors and spice. Mat Kimchi is no exception - the cabbage is fresh, has a great texture and is spicy.
A beautiful side dish to any meats, soups, noodles. But you can also use it in your cooking, mixing the Kimchi into your noodles or rice.
To ensure highest quality when shipped, this item will be packed inside a isolation pack along with an ice pack (ice gel). Because of the special conditions that needs to be fulfilled when shipping this item, we strongly recommend only shipping with home delivery.
For the best cool conditions, orders containing fresh food, will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the Monday after. Please store in the fridge as soon as the item is delivered and do not freeze.
