Mak Guksu is made from Chuncheon, famous place in Korea, the home of soba called buckwheat noodles. It is included with Bibim sauce and broth. 

How to cook!
1. Place noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes.
2. Once the noodles are softened, remove from the pot and rinse with cold water. Drain well before placing noodles in a bowl.
3. Mix sauce, flavored oil and sesame oil with noodles. Try adding sliced cucumber and hard-boiled eggs for better taste.
