How to make Korean jjajangmyeon !

1. Cut the meat and vegetables into pieces and stir-fry with cooking oil.

2. Stir-fry the black bean paste with cooking oil.

3. Put a little sugar , soy source , water and dissolved starch powder with water. Boil the mixture for about 2 minutes.

4. Pour it over rice or noodles.
