Dried Aster (Chwi Namul) are farmed from Gangwondo known to harvest only while in season. They are then dried through traditional methods and packaged in certified facilities in order to ensure only clean, high-quality products. 100% domestic Korean Dried Aster has a distinct herbal taste and soft texture and is known to promote vitality during the drowsy spring season. How to cook!
1. Take the dried Aster Scaber(chwinamul) out of the package and rinse it in cold water.
2. Put it in a large pot and fill the pot with with water, 3 inches above the dried Aster Scaber(chwinamul) for about 1 hour.
3. Bring to a boil with the lid closed over high heat for 25-30 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 1~2 hours.

5. 1~2 hours later, rinse and drain it 3-4 times in cold water to remove dirt and grit.
6. Cut it into bite size pieces about 2 inches long and put some garlic, green onion, soy sauce, honey, perilla(or sesame) oil and salt.
7. In a heated pan, add canola oil and stir fry for 30 seconds.

3. You can add some roasted sesame seed.
