Jjajang Powder Mix

A taste of Korean Jjajang

Ottogi black bean sauce mix consists of granules made with new technology, highly soluble, and easier to prepare. Just stir a pot of water with prepared vegetables and meat to serve a dish of traditional Korean style sauce. Anyone can easily cook a Jjajang like a chef.

How to cook

Stir-fry meat, and vegetables.

Add-in 600ml (3 cups) water, and boil until all the ingredients are cooked.

When the meat and vegetables are cooked, turn the heat off.

Dissolve the Jjajang mix in 100 ml (1/2 cup) of water separately.

Stir until completely dissolved, and add-in to the pot with the boiled meat and vegetables. Mix well.

Turn the heat back on, and keep on stirring for 2~3 minutes, or until the Jjajang thickens a bit.

Turn off heat, and serve over steamed rice or noodles.
