Get creative with Shin Ramyun

Here's an easy one - good for 1 person, takes about 15 min to prepare and is so delicious! 

  • 1 pack Shin Ramyun
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 180 grams shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 50 grams enoki mushrooms
  • Fresh chilli chopped, to garnish
  • Salt & pepper
Step 1.

Combine butter and garlic in a fry pan. Heat until butter is melted and garlic starts to sizzle, about 30 seconds. Do not let the garlic brown.

Step 2.

Add mushrooms and saute for 3 to 4 minutes, turning until lightly browned. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 3.

Cook Shin Ramyun as per packet instructions.

Step 4.

Place cooked Ramyun into a bowl and top with the enoki and shiitake mushrooms. Finish it off with a nice garnish of chopped fresh chilli.
